In houses 39 / 41 smaller flat shares will be constructed fpr 4 or 5 students. The large flat shares in houses 35 / 37 and 43 / 45 will be converted into apartments and flat shares for 3 students. The windows in all houses will be replaced, upgraded insulation will be installed and the facades will be more attractively designed. The reconstructions will take place house by house - students can therefore continue living here near to the university.
