many thanks for your interest in accommodation with the Studentenwerk Mannheim (student services). Before you apply online, here is some helpful information.

• We will accept your application at any time - early applications will give you the best chance.

• Your online application is non - committal.

• You can send your admission letter at a later date.

• We are happy that you have expressed interest in our property and wherever possible will consider your application. Please understand that this is not always possible.

• A lot of students are looking for rooms. Here will you have a better chance of finding a room - You can apply for:

  Carl-Zuckmayer-Straße
  Am Steingarten
  Ludwig-Frank- Siedlung
  
  These are among Studentenwerk Mannheim`s biggest halls of residences and, as a result, many rooms will be available. You will therefore have a better chance of finding a room.

• If you do not accept the offer, your online application will end here. However, you can begin a new online application.

• Because of the high demand, we unfortunately cannot offer all students accomodation. If you do not receive an offer, we will inform you around one week after your desired moving-in date about your online application and other possibilities.
